Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Security Architect with 15+ years of SAP Security experience and strong expertise in RBAC, SAP GRC, and S/4HANA security architecture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic security leader capable of designing scalable SAP security solutions while ensuring SOX, regulatory, audit, and governance compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and lead SAP Security solutions across SAP S/4HANA environments.
Design, implement, and govern Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
Provide deep expertise in SAP GRC, including access governance, risk management, and compliance.
Develop SAP security architectures that meet SOX and regulatory compliance requirements.
Establish security strategies for roles, authorizations, access controls, and segregation of duties (SoD).
Partner with Risk & Advisory, Internal Audit, External Audit, and Compliance teams.
Support and participate in change governance processes, review boards, and security governance forums.
Translate business, regulatory, and security requirements into scalable SAP security architectures.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership on SAP security best practices, controls, and governance.
Work closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to communicate security risks, recommendations, and roadmaps.
Drive continuous improvement of SAP security processes, controls, and governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of hands-on SAP Security experience.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security.
Proven experience architecting and implementing RBAC frameworks.
Strong experience with SAP GRC solutions.
Deep understanding of SAP roles, authorizations, access controls, and SoD.
Strong knowledge of SOX, regulatory compliance, audit controls, and risk management.
Experience working with Internal and External Audit teams.
Experience collaborating with Risk & Advisory, Compliance, and Change Governance functions.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a visionary/strategic security leader.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
