Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced FICO CCS (Corporate Cash Services) SME to provide functional expertise in cash management, payments, treasury services, and banking operations. The candidate will act as the subject matter expert for FICO CCS, supporting business analysis, system enhancements, testing, production support, and stakeholder engagement within Banks payment and cash services ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for FICO CCS and related cash management applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support application enhancements, implementations, testing, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide expertise in cash management, treasury services, payment processing, and transaction operations.
• Support project delivery, defect management, regulatory compliance, and change management activities.
• Required Skills
• Strong functional expertise in FICO CCS and banking operations.
• Knowledge of cash management, treasury services, payments, ACH, wires, and transaction processing.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, UAT, and production support.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and banking regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, or Cash Services domains.
• Experience working with large financial institutions.
• Exposure to payment systems, treasury platforms, ACH processing, wire transfers, and cash management solutions.
• Experience
• 7+ years of banking or financial services experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with FICO CCS or equivalent cash management platforms.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project.
