8+ years of software/cloud experience
Strong Java or Kotlin backend development
Microservices & REST APIs
SQL / relational databases
Kubernetes & Docker
Hands-on experience with production systems
Strong experience in scalability, performance, troubleshooting & reliability
Staff-level experience with architecture, design/code reviews, and technical leadership

Spring Boot
PostgreSQL / Elasticsearch
Kafka & Event-Driven Architecture
Transportation, Logistics, Robotics, or Autonomous Vehicles
