Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced EDI Business Analyst with strong healthcare enrollment and EDI 834 expertise. This is an operations-focused Business Analyst role involving requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, EDI monitoring, issue resolution, and business process support.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.

·         Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand needs and resolve issues.

·         Monitor and support EDI transactions, particularly 834 enrollment transactions.

·         Investigate enrollment/EDI issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution.

·         Support UAT, testing, defect tracking, and validation of solutions.

· Prepare business requirements, process documentation, and other functional documentation.

·         Facilitate stakeholder discussions and provide clear communication throughout issue resolution.

 

Required Qualifications

·         5+ years of Business Analyst experience.

·         2–3+ years of EDI experience.

·         Mandatory: EDI 834 / Healthcare Enrollment experience.

·         Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.

·         Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

·         Experience with UAT, issue analysis, and defect resolution.

·         Healthcare/health insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.

·         Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
