Role- Software Engineer – Infrastructure Automation

Location- Santa Clara, CA

Position Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer (Contractor) with deep expertise in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Ansible, and one of the coding languages Python or Go to design, develop, and maintain enterprise infrastructure automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience automating large-scale infrastructure across storage, compute, network, cloud, and hybrid environments while developing scalable, reusable automation frameworks.

Required Qualifications

ā— Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

ā— Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and/or Ansible automation in enterprise environments.

ā— Proficiency in Python and/or Go, Shell scripting, Linux, REST APIs, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

ā— Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

ā— Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD practices is preferred.
