Additional Information Tech Lead / Product Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Lead product planning, requirements analysis, backlog prioritization, and roadmap execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define technical and functional solutions.
- Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs using Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Web, and Spring JPA.
- Lead the development of responsive web applications using React.
- Design, optimize, and support solutions using PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
- Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
- Review solution designs, code, and technical deliverables to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and release execution.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, testing practices, and CI/CD processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful delivery.
- Track delivery metrics, product outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.
- Demonstrate expertise in leading product and engineering teams while balancing business objectives with technical excellence.
