Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Supply Chain Management (SCM) expertise to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, driving ERP/SCM initiatives, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Order Management, Logistics, and Demand Planning.
• Experience managing ERP/SCM implementations (e.g., SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, or similar).
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SCM projects from initiation through deployment.
• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive process improvements across supply chain operations.
• Ensure successful implementation and user adoption of SCM solutions.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies where applicable and ensure timely project delivery.
