Program Manager – Enterprise Integration – Chicago, IL

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Abbott's Enterprise Integration initiatives, driving delivery of cloud modernization and integration programs across multiple cross-functional teams.

The role will manage program execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery of API, microservices, and cloud integration initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications

·       10+ years of Program/Project Management experience delivering large enterprise technology programs.

·       Proven experience managing complex, multi-team initiatives with executive stakeholder engagement.

·       Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

·       Experience delivering cloud transformation, enterprise integration, API, and microservices programs.

·       Exposure to Azure Integration Services, Azure API Management, TIBCO modernization, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD is highly preferred.

·       Experience in Life Sciences or other regulated industries is preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration programs across business and technology teams.

·       Manage program plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive governance.

·       Coordinate architecture, development, infrastructure, QA, Consumer and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.

· Drive executive communication, status reporting, and steering committee presentations.

·       Partner with architects and engineering teams delivering Azure Integration Services, API Management, TIBCO modernization, cloud migration, microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives.
