Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in the Healthcare industry to lead complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing software development projects, Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, and enterprise implementations. Experience managing AI/Generative AI initiatives is highly preferred.

This role requires someone who can bridge business and technology while ensuring successful project execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience
• 5+ years of Healthcare industry experience (Digital Health, Healthcare SaaS, Healthcare Staffing, Telehealth, Health Systems, etc.)
• Strong experience leading enterprise software implementation projects
• Proven experience managing Agile Scrum teams and SDLC
• Experience working with Engineering, Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Business teams
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
• Strong understanding of Release Management, Risk Management, Budget Tracking, and Project Governance
• PMP certification preferred
• Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing AI/Generative AI projects
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, or Machine Learning project lifecycles
• Experience implementing AI-powered healthcare solutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
