Strong experience in the Insurance domain
Must have: Experience in FAIR plans, Grants Management programs
Understanding of:
Policy lifecycle and eligibility validation
Claims-like fulfilment processes (inspection, approval, payment)
Funding allocation and compliance controls
Functional & Analytical Skills
Expertise in:
Requirements elicitation and documentation
Workflow and process modeling (L1/L2/L3)
Business rules definition (rules engine concepts)
Experience designing:
Role-based platforms
Configurable workflow systems
Tools & Methods
Proficiency in:
JIRA / Azure DevOps
Visio / Lucidchart (process diagrams)
Confluence or similar documentation tools
Experience working in Agile delivery models
