Role – Python Developer

Location – Charlotte, NC- Onsite from Day 1

 

Preferred Qualifications

•            Software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django

•            Strong experience building REST APIs, backend services, and microservices

•            Experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and SQS

•            Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy

•            Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development

•            Experience with Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing using PyTest

•            Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization

•            Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

•            Proficiency with JSON, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns

• Ability to create technical designs, document solutions, and communicate architecture effectively

•            Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools

•            Ability to validate AI-generated code for quality, security, maintainability, and adherence to engineering standards

•            Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

•            Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•            Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and report to the office 3 days per week
