**Key Responsibilities**

* Support the **delivery team** managing systems for:
* External customer identities
* Access to Fannie Mae systems
* Analyze data and provide insights to improve system capabilities.
* Assist with **enhancements** (e.g., access replication, API access features). * Prepare and manage **test data** for internal testing (primarily **UAT**). * Create and enhance **Tableau reports** based on business needs.

**Required Skills**

* Strong **SQL querying** (primary focus).
* Experience with **NoSQL databases** (JSON-based).
* Proficiency in **Tableau**.
* General **Excel skills** expected.
* Experience in **Identity & Access Management (IAM)** is a plus.

**Role Scope & Technical Details**

* Work is mainly **data querying and analysis** (not ETL development).
* Testing work involves:
* Creating realistic test scenarios and data
* Validating data via queries
* Limited involvement in:
* Automation testing (execution only, not creation)
* Cloud/AWS (not required, though environment is cloud-based)
