Job Title: Observability Platform Engineer (Dynatrace)
Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
Observability Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Dynatrace to design, implement, and support enterprise observability solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration, application performance monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, log management, dashboards, alerting, and automation. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) is highly preferred. Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and collaboration skills are required to enhance platform reliability and operational excellence.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in Observability/SRE/Platform Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace (APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring).
Experience with dashboards, alerting, log analytics, and root cause analysis.
Knowledge of AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
