Lead capital expenditure planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Analyze financial performance, budgets, and project cost structures.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and benchmarking reports.
Partner with Engineering, Accounting, Regulatory, and Field Operations teams.
Support infrastructure filings, regulatory reporting, and rate cases.
Track capital project portfolios and provide strategic financial insights.
