Role Summary
Designs and operationalizes the enterprise AI governance framework, including governance standards, policies, controls, operating models, and governance processes. Works across business, technology, cyber, legal, and risk teams to enable responsible AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Define governance roles, responsibilities, and decision rights
• Design AI risk and control libraries aligned to enterprise governance
• Create governance workflows, templates, and reusable artifacts
• Assess AI governance maturity and identify improvement opportunities
• Define AI inventory, approval, and governance processes
• Support implementation of governance processes within the AI Governance Workbench
• Develop governance metrics, KRIs, and reporting requirements
