Job Title: Claude AI Enterprise Architect

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Job Description:

1. Setup End-to-end Claude Platform Enablement — enterprise set-up, admin, SSO, RBAC and workspace provisioning for large-scale rollouts.
2. Architect Claude Agent SDK–based agentic platform supporting Deep and Shallow Agents with extensive MCP tooling.
3. Designs reusable Claude Skills, Sub-Agents and MCP connectors, and packages capabilities for team-wide sharing.
4. Build greenfield Claude infrastructure on Azure & AWS — secure multi-tenant architecture, private networking, API gateways, CI/CD & observability.
5. Established Claude enterprise guardrails, AI governance, Responsible AI, AgentOps, content moderation & compliance controls.
6. Advanced agentic AI on Claude — multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop, prompt governance & evaluation pipelines.
7. Hands-on with the full Claude build pattern — Skills encode the workflow, Sub-Agents execute & self-check, MCP provides governed data access.
8. Experience in delivered Claude-based agentic solutions for manufacturing clients across North America.
9. Establishes delivery capability & showcase demos, and coaches practitioners on effective Claude usage patterns.
10. Ability to work with multiple BU’ and enable Claude rollouts.
