Additional Information:
- Performs SAP system administration and provides insight needed to optimize and maintain overall SAP reliability, availability, and performance.
- Meets defined SLAs by providing hands on support and technical leadership for incidents.
- Supports the planning, design, and architecture of SAP systems Installs, configures, and maintains all SAP BASIS components performs SAP upgrades including support pack implementations.
- Continuously drives sustainable operational excellence in the areas of optimizing services and work processes, improving quality and reliability (reduces incidents, defects, and waste) and lowers total delivery costs.
- Works closely with other technical teams to ensure appropriate capacity planning actions and optimization of SAP services.
- Defines and implements effective and efficient support models and processes ensures regulatory and legal compliance.
- Ensures secure operations of the SAP landscape maintains awareness of security related industry trends, risks, and standards identifies and implements improved security features and applies security patches.
- Provides ProductLife cycle, vendor, and contract management for applications supported understands IT vendor directions for area of proficiency.
- Identifies opportunities to deflect requests incidents through better training and knowledge articles and supports departmental development planning.
- Provides guidance to support teams and ensures operational knowledge is captured from new unknown issues ensures the support team adheres to existing standard operating procedures.
- Effectively manages knowledge base to maintain evergreen articles with support team, Level 2 technical resources and leadership.

Key responsibilities:
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills to drive collaborative project deliveries and promote the value of project management across the organization.
- Manages vendor relationships throughout the duration of related projects and collaborates with vendor implementation resources to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to create project artifacts that align within the appropriate stage of project execution (i.e., scope, schedule, budget, test plan, organizational change management plan, education plan, activation plan, risk and issues, and change control).
- Drives critical, time-sensitive discussions related to risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points with stakeholders and collaborates with the team to develop corresponding action plans.
- Actively comply with Central Hudsons Project Managements process, methodology, and standards.
- Understands and applies Organizational Change Management principles to projects to ensure effective communication and adoption.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
