PLM Sales Hunter

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented PLM Sales Hunter to drive large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) services growth across North America. This is a strategic business development role focused on acquiring new logos and expanding strategic accounts through transformational PLM engagements centered around PTC Windchill, while leveraging opportunities across Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, Aras, and other PLM ecosystems.

The ideal candidate is a proven rainmaker with deep relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, Product Development, and IT organizations within large industrial enterprises. They possess the ability to engage confidently at the C-Suite level and consistently create, shape, and close large transformation programs valued between $5M-$10M+

Revenue & Pipeline Growth

Own new business development and hunting efforts across the US industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, energy, medical devices, and high-tech sectors.
Create and execute strategic account plans targeting Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 organizations.
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline capable of supporting annual bookings targets exceeding $10M-$20M.
Consistently originate and close 1-2 large transformational deals annually, each valued between $5M-$10M+ TCV.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity creation through deal closure.

Develop and leverage trusted relationships with: CIOs
CTOs
Chief Digital Officers
VP Engineering
VP R&D
VP Manufacturing
Product Development Leadership
Digital Transformation Executives
 

Required Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
Minimum 10+ years selling PLM, Engineering Transformation, Digital Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
Demonstrated experience selling PTC-centric programs and services.
