Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)

Duration: ​Contract to Hire (6 Months)

As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with our customers—delivering personalized, timely, and relevant communications across digital channels. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking Marketing Technology team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing goals and translate them into scalable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Build and manage data integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync, and ETL tools. Use AMPscript and SQL to create dynamic, personalized content tailored to customer segments.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting and segmentation strategies. Provide technical support and guidance to marketing teams.
• Work cross-functionally with Internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of business initiatives.

 

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, harmonization, and activation.
• Demonstrable Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL for personalization and data manipulation.
• Strong content creation skills across email, SMS, and push channels.
• Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS is beneficial. Preferred
• Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Data Cloud Specialist (preferred but not required)
