Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mainframe Developer with 9+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise mainframe applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, IMS (DB/DC), and IBM MQ, along with experience in batch and online transaction processing.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, IMS (DB/DC), and IBM MQ.
• Strong knowledge of batch processing and online transaction processing.
• Experience with enterprise schedulers such as CA-7 or Control-M.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with mainframe modernization and system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
