Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP LE / WM / IM Functional Consultant with 7–10+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM), and Inventory Management (IM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound logistics, warehouse execution, LE-WM integration, SD integration, and 3PL connectivity while supporting complex enterprise logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support SAP Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM), and Inventory Management (IM) solutions.
- Configure and support outbound delivery processing, shipping, transportation, warehouse execution, and logistics workflows.
- Manage warehouse structures, goods movements, storage types, bins, transfer orders, and inventory processes.
- Configure and support LE-WM, LE-TRA, WM-IM, and SD integration processes.
- Implement and support RF transactions and custom RF warehouse processes.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to sales orders, outbound deliveries, warehouse processing, and logistics execution.
- Support Stock Transport Orders (STO), cross-plant and cross-company logistics processes.
- Configure Picking, Packing, Handling Units (HU), Goods Issue, and warehouse execution scenarios.
- Support Manufacturing Warehouses and Global Distribution Center implementations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot background jobs related to delivery creation, shipment processing, and logistics execution.
- Manage IDocs, EDI interfaces, and 3PL integrations with external logistics partners.
- Prepare Functional Specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements, user exits, pricing routines, and shipment cost developments.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Support SAP ChaRM, transport management, testing, deployments, and production support.
- Lead functional discussions, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 7–10+ years of SAP experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP LE (Logistics Execution).
- Extensive experience in SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
- Strong knowledge of SAP IM (Inventory Management).
- Experience with LE-WM, LE-TRA, and WM-IM integration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD Order Management.

- Handling Unit Management

- Warehouse Execution
- Experience with Stock Transport Orders (STO).
- Experience implementing warehouse solutions for Manufacturing and Distribution Centers.

- Experience with IDocs, EDI, and 3PL Integration.
- Functional knowledge of ABAP Enhancements, User Exits, Pricing Routines, and Shipment Costs.
- Experience preparing Functional Specification Documents.
- Working knowledge of SAP ChaRM and Transport Management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead functional initiatives.
