10+ Years Experience
Must Have
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development.
- Strong experience with Pega Infinity and Constellation architecture.
- Expertise in case management, data modeling, integrations, and business process automation.
- Certified in CSA and CSSA (preferably 8.X).
- Familiarity with all major Pega rules used in workflow orchestration applications.
- Hands-on development experience of application modules based on design specifications.
- Understanding and application of Pega guardrails and development best practices.
- Understanding of Pega security models, rule-based access, and application security.
- Experience in 2–3 Pega application development, rollout, and support projects.
- Understanding of performance tuning in Pega applications and basic database concepts such as tables, indexes, and joins.
- Ability to troubleshoot exceptions and production issues.
- Ability to lead functional modules with 2–3 team members.
Technical/Functional Skills
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Pega applications aligned with business requirements.
- Lead application design discussions and provide technical guidance.
- Implement solutions using Pega Constellation framework.
- Develop workflows, case management solutions, integrations, decisioning, and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews and optimize application performance.
- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and security requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, and release planning.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on multiple projects to provide technical leadership on Pega implementations.
- Mentor team members and conduct Pega training sessions.
- Guide development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
