Position: Pega Architect
Location: Ewing, NJ (Onsite)

Description:
Must have CLSA Certification
● Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support for Pega’s products.
● Troubleshooting and diagnosing product issues and bugs.
● Collaborating with product development teams to enhance Pega’s products and improve user experience.
● Providing detailed documentation of issues and their resolution for future reference.
● Collaborating with the quality assurance team to perform system testing and ensure optimal system performance.
● Staying updated with the latest Pega product updates and features.
● Assisting with the configuration, deployment, and implementation of Pega’s products.
● Contributing to the knowledge base by documenting new solutions and updating existing ones.
● Providing training and guidance to clients on how to effectively use Pega’s products.
● Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
● Certified in CSA and CSSA (preferably 8.X)
● Familiarity of all major Pega rules typically used in any workflow orchestration applications
● 5+ years of hands-on development experience of application modules based on design specifications
● Understands and applies the best practices/Pega guardrails in the development process
● Understanding of Pega security models, rule-based accesses and application of the knowledge in development
● Experience of having 2-3 Pega application development, roll out and support
● Understanding of performance tuning in Pega applications, elementary knowledge on database objects like tables, indexes, joins etc.
● Ability to lead functional modules with 2-3 team members, by guiding them in development and adherence to the best practices
● Regular communication with stakeholders as needed
● Ability to trouble shoot any exception / failure scenario
Role Descriptions:
PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) Architect and lead PEGA application development.
– Translate business needs into scalable solutions.
– Guide developers and ensure code quality.
– Work and drive team on Constellation| Knowledge’s buddy| Integrating with LLM.
– Good knowledge on KB and Analyser
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA| DevOps| Business).
– Optimize performance and ensure compliance with guardrails.
Requirements:
– CLSA certification (mandatory).
– 10+ years in PEGA| 3+ years as LSA.
– Strong in PEGA 24.x/8.x| case management| integrations (REST/SOAP).
– Agile project experience.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
