– Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Copilot Studio • Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architectures.
Development & Integration:
• Strong development experience in C#, ASP.NET / .NET Framework, Web APIs, WCF • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications
• Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions using Agile methodologies. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services, Logic Apps, APIs, and data migration tools. • Implement AI Builder and Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. • Configure and administer Dynamics 365 environments, including security, access controls, and reporting. • Support release management, deployments, user training, and post-production support. • Collaborate with global technology teams, infrastructure partners, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. Professional Experience • 15+ years of experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise client-server and web-based applications. • 10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions (Online and On-Premises). • Experience leading full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, training, and production support. • Experience working in Agile and iterative development environments. Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform:
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and integrations. • Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Copilot Studio • Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architectures. • Experience with ETL processes and data migration activities. • Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. • Experience with Azure DevOps and Git-based source control, implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. • Strong experience with: SQL Server, Database design and administration Soft Skills • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to work directly with business users and leadership teams. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering under tight deadlines. Education & Certifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Certifications • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications • Microsoft Azure Certifications Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture patterns and integration best practices. • Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI concepts. • Experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions on the Microsoft technology stack. • Experience with document capture and document management platforms. • Strong understanding of solution governance, security, and deployment best practices.
