Position: Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst (AI & Business Transformation)
Location: Tampa, FL (5 Days Onsite)
Experience: 8–10+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst to support AI, Digital Transformation, and Business Process Improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, document business needs, and drive successful delivery in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
• Lead business discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, and Business Documentation.
• Translate business requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive discussions.
• Support AI, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Develop process maps and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Define business outcomes, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and Release Planning.
• Support Agile delivery throughout the SDLC.
