• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Platform (PRPC).
• Build business process management (BPM) and business rules engine (BRE) solutions using Pega frameworks.
• Develop reusable components, case types, user interfaces, and business rules.
• Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Pega applications.

• Design and develop applications using Pega Constellation UI from scratch.
• Lead or support Pega Infinity 25 upgrades and resolve upgrade-related issues.
• Ensure compatibility of applications with the latest Pega platform features.
• Optimize applications following Pega best practices.

• Define application architecture and technical design.
• Apply object-oriented design principles and Pega application design concepts.
• Design reusable integration and reporting solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical solution discussions.

• Develop integrations using REST APIs and enterprise services.
• Integrate Pega applications with AWS services, including Amazon S3.
• Support external system integrations and API development.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.

• Support application deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes.
• Understand AWS architecture and cloud deployment strategies.
• Support release management and production deployments.

• Provide on-call support for production issues.
• Perform issue triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
• Monitor application health and ensure operational stability.
• Maintain high availability and performance of enterprise applications.

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and design reviews.
