Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Platform (PRPC).

Design and develop applications using Pega Constellation UI from scratch.

Lead or support Pega Infinity 25 upgrades and resolve upgrade-related issues.

Ensure compatibility of applications with the latest Pega platform features.

Optimize applications following Pega best practices.

Define application architecture and technical design.
-
Apply object-oriented design principles and Pega application design concepts.

Design reusable integration and reporting solutions.
-
Participate in architecture reviews and technical solution discussions.

Develop integrations using REST APIs and enterprise services.
-
Integrate Pega applications with AWS services, including Amazon S3.
-
Support external system integrations and API development.

Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
-
Support application deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
-
Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes.

Understand AWS architecture and cloud deployment strategies.

Support release management and production deployments.

Provide on-call support for production issues.

Perform issue triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.

Monitor application health and ensure operational stability.

Maintain high availability and performance of enterprise applications.
