ROLE_DESCRIPTION –
Technical:
Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST,
knowledge of the ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM & CMDB Products
Custom applications using ServiceNow’s App Engine
Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Widgets
Design and implementation of solution for maintaining CI data integrity across the CI lifecycle with due consideration to the ITSM process.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical architecture discussions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance
Experience in CMDB health to support Assets and Configuration and CI relationships coming from discovered sources, manual sources from like relationship data from network team.
Build solutions around data certifications for maintaining CI sanity
Reconcile solution of the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories
Manage upgrades, patches, cloning, and instance configurations.
Implement ACLs, RBAC, security controls, and CMDB best practices

Good learning and exploration attitude in new technologies and implement.
Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.
Good-to-Have
Define architect strategy and patterns commonly used within ServiceNow.
Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality products to our users.
Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs.
Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite. Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing. Collaborate day-to-day with an energetic team of like-minded developers, product managers and quality engineers using agile software development methodology.
Deploy applications via automation with configuration management tools.
Sustain and improve the process of knowledge sharing throughout the team.
Code review and guide Junior Developers on their work and career journey
