Summary
- We are looking for a Data Analyst / Data Engineer to support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain.
- The candidate should have strong experience understanding data models and relationships, writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake, analyzing data, and leveraging Al tools for insights.
- The role requires being local to Dallas with an in-office presence three days a week.
- Customer is looking for resources with strong SQL knowledge which includes having very good knowledge of Data reconciliation, proficiency in SQL queries – writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake. Should have knowledge of PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
