Core Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and analyze software/hardware configurations for specific environments ā¢ Create and maintain product builds and development/test code baselines ā¢ Recommend enhancements to configuration management systems, build processes, and delivery systems ā¢ Troubleshoot technical problems ā¢ Communicate solutions effectively to team members
Collaboration & Communication
ā¢ Interface with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with customer expectations ā¢ Document and report status updates, including metrics ā¢ Provide informal mentoring to junior staff on project-level tasks
Process & Compliance
ā¢ Participate in internal process improvement initiatives ā¢ Provide feedback and suggestions on processes ā¢ Adhere to technology policies and comply with security controls
