Job Description
This is a Lead Developer role working with cross-functional teams and agency business teams to support and implement complex agency contact center solutions.
The candidate should:
- Be confident in a client-facing role and possess the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinate and perform release planning, development, testing, and releases for multiple agencies' IVR enhancements.
- Build call flow designs, chat solutions, and integrations with backend systems using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
- Manage NICE Business Unit (BU) and provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for solution design and network optimization.
- Design and implement skills-based routing for voice, chat, email, and SMS contact center technologies.
- Work with the Architecture team to design, develop, deploy, and consume APIs.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Prepare design documents based on business requirements for application development.
- Have experience with cloud-based SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS providers and virtualized systems, including application servers, databases, and networking infrastructure.
- Coordinate issue communication and resolution with multiple technology teams.
- Review support tickets with agency leadership and oversee support questions from other team members.
- Act as an SME to assist team members in designing and implementing requested IVR enhancements.
