Must Have Skills:
- 10+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Python
- Experience with FastAPI
- Strong experience in AWS Cloud (Lambda, EventBridge, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, API Gateway)
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Serverless Architecture
- Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with Distributed Systems
- Experience with CI/CD, Git and Agile methodology
- Strong understanding of Software Design Patterns and C4 Architecture Model
- Experience integrating AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Bedrock, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
- Experience writing Unit Tests and Integration Tests
Preferred Skills:
- Azure or GCP
- Java / Golang / JavaScript
- Docker / Kubernetes
- Broadcast / Media / OTT / Streaming domain
- Video Content Management Systems
- Media Distribution Workflows
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, highly available cloud architectures.
- Develop backend services using Python & FastAPI.
- Build event-driven microservices on AWS.
- Develop AI-enabled applications using LLMs.
- Provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA and Product teams.
- Perform architecture reviews and provide technical leadership.
- Ensure application performance, security and reliability.
