Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum 7 years of experience as a:
Systems Analyst
Lead Developer
Development Manager
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with:
Azure SQL
Microsoft SQL Server
Oracle or other relational databases
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise financial systems.
Strong expertise in SQL programming and relational database design.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Strong experience documenting technical and business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.
Experience developing applications using the .NET Framework.
Experience with Entity Framework, nHibernate, or other ORM technologies.
Experience working on enterprise-level, cross-functional software development projects.
Familiarity with application modernization initiatives.
Experience working within government or public sector environments is a plus.
