Must Have Skills
15+ years of overall IT experience with Solution Architecture.
Strong experience in Pharma Regulatory Affairs / Life Sciences domain.
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM, Regulatory Information Management (RIM), Regulatory Submissions, eCTD, Labeling, and Regulatory Intelligence.
Deep understanding of FDA, EMA, ICH, GxP, and regulatory compliance.
Experience designing enterprise solutions on AWS Cloud.
Strong expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, Node.js, MERN Stack, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, Containerization, and Cloud-native Architecture.
Knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL (MarkLogic), Data Integration, and API Integration.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading solution workshops.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
AI/GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and Document Intelligence.
Experience with TrackWise, RIMDocs, Sparta, or other Regulatory platforms.
TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Architecture Certification.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end architecture for Pharma Regulatory platforms.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions.
Lead architecture discussions, solution design, and technical governance.
Build POCs and recommend automation and AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory compliance standards are met.
