Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Azure Cloud Architect with a strong Healthcare Industry background and proven expertise in large-scale healthcare application migration to Microsoft Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep experience architecting, modernizing, and migrating healthcare platforms while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITRUST, PHI, and healthcare security standards.

The candidate will lead cloud transformation initiatives, design enterprise Azure architectures, and drive application modernization strategies for critical healthcare systems including payer, provider, clinical, EHR/EMR, claims, patient engagement, and interoperability platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end migration of healthcare applications from on-premises or legacy cloud environments to Microsoft Azure.
Design scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud architectures for healthcare workloads.
Develop cloud migration strategies including rehost, replatform, refactor, and modernization approaches.
Architect solutions for healthcare applications involving EMR/EHR, Claims, Membership, Provider Management, Care Management, and Patient Portals.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, PHI protection, security, governance, and audit requirements.
Design secure Azure landing zones, networking, identity management, and governance frameworks.
Implement Azure-native services including App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure SQL.
Define disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and high-availability architectures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, healthcare SMEs, and application teams during migration initiatives.
Establish Azure architecture standards, best practices, and cloud governance models.
Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, and architectural guidance across multiple healthcare programs.

Experience managing cloud transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and application portfolios.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
