Urgent position of position of Agentic AI Engineer (Only Local) (F2F Interview)

Location – Sanjose,CA(Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI agents using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.

Build multi-agent workflows for task automation, reasoning, and retrieval.

Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and document sources.

Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and backend services.

Create scalable Python microservices for agent orchestration.

Work with prompt engineering, memory, tool usage, and guardrails.

Deploy solutions using cloud-native and container-based approaches.

Monitor performance, reliability, and safety of AI systems.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams.

Troubleshoot issues and improve agent behavior through testing and evaluation.

Required Skills

Strong Python programming experience.

Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.

Experience building agentic AI or LLM-based solutions.

Knowledge of RAG, prompt chaining, memory, and tool orchestration.

API development experience, preferably with FastAPI or Flask.

Understanding of databases, vector stores, and backend integration.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Exposure to observability, logging, and model evaluation.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks and enterprise AI governance.

Experience Level

10+ years in software development or AI engineering.

5+ year in agentic AI or LLM application development preferred
