Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 8 years of experience with BMC Remedy, BMC Helix CMDB, and Discovery solutions.
Hands-on experience with BMC Discovery (ADDM) or comparable enterprise discovery platforms.
Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, discovery, and configuration management practices.
Experience working within enterprise environments supporting 50,000+ managed assets.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
