Role – Automation Engineer
Location- Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)

Job Description

• Experience: 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
• Java Expertise: Solid 6+ years of hands-on experience developing automation scripts in Java.
• Selenium WebDriver: Extensive 6+ years of experience automating web application testing.
• Banking/Financial Domain: Minimum 3 years working in banking or financial services, with domain knowledge and compliance understanding.
• Testing Frameworks: Proficiency with TestNG or JUnit.
• AI Tools: Exposure to AI tools like Windsurf, Claude, etc.
• BDD Tools: Experience with Cucumber or JBehave for Behavior-Driven Development.
• OOP Principles: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Version Control: Experience with Git or SVN.
• CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Issue Tracking: Experience with JIRA.
• SQL Knowledge: Knowledge of SQL for database testing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership: Responsible for defining automation strategies, mentoring junior testers, and driving continuous QA improvement.
