Job Description
This role is critical to ensuring functional equivalence, data accuracy, and zero-defect delivery using an AI-led, evidence-driven Quality Engineering (QE) approach.
You will define and implement a parity-first testing strategy, ensuring that the modernized system behaves exactly like the legacy platform across application code, data, batch processing, integrations, and business rules.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall Quality Engineering strategy for enterprise modernization.
- Design and implement a parity-first testing approach to ensure functional equivalence between legacy and modernized systems.
- Architect scalable automation frameworks covering UI, APIs, databases, integrations, and batch processing.
- Lead data migration validation, reconciliation, and ETL testing.
- Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive performance, security, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve automation, test generation, and anomaly detection.
- Ensure zero-defect delivery through evidence-driven Quality Engineering practices.
