Job Title: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Specialist

Location: Charlotte NC /Raleigh NC/Atlanta GA.

Role Descriptions: Seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Specialist to join its enterprise IAM security team.

 

Responsibilities

Application Onboarding

• Integrate enterprise applications into SailPoint ISC using out-of-the-box connectors and custom configurations.
• Validate connectivity, schema mapping, and provisioning workflows.

Identity Governance Administration (IGA)

• Manage identity lifecycle processes (Joiner Mover Leaver).
• Configure and maintain access certifications, policies, and role models.
• Implement and optimize access request workflows.

Configuration Customization

• Develop and maintain SailPoint ISC configurations, rules, and workflows.
• Utilize scripting (BeanShell, PowerShell) for advanced customization.

Compliance Security

• Ensure adherence to SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support audit and reporting activities.

Collaboration Support

• Work closely with IAM architects, application owners, and security teams.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for ISC deployment.

Required Skills Experience

• 3 years hands-on experience in SailPoint ISC platform (Identity Security Cloud).
• Certified SailPoint Identity Security Professional OR SailPoint Identity Security Engineer.
• Implement SailPoint DevOps CICD pipeline using SaaS GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with IGA concepts access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement.
• Proficiency in connector configuration (AD, LDAP, SaaS apps, JDBC).
• Scripting skills BeanShell, PowerShell.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns.

Experience Required: 6-8

Top 3 Required Skills:

1. Hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) formerly IdentityNow.
2. Strong experience with SaaS GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
3. Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript/BeanShell.

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with IAM concepts — provisioning, RBAC, access certification, SoD.
2. Knowledge of connectors: Active Directory, JDBC, flat file, cloud-based apps.

Education Requirements: STEM education preferred

 

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
