Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Architect with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will lead functional solution design, business process transformation, and architecture governance while collaborating closely with technical teams on integrations and end-to-end ERP delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional solution architecture for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS), and Projects.
Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle ERP solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
Conduct stakeholder workshops, fit-gap analysis, and define future-state finance processes.
Design and configure enterprise structures, chart of accounts, financial data models, and reporting structures.
Define and standardize end-to-end finance business processes, including:

Record-to-Report (R2R)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Project-to-Profit / Project Financial Management
Review and govern Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process flows, functional specifications, and end-to-end solution designs.
Act as the primary functional liaison between finance stakeholders, business users, IT teams, and implementation partners.
Define integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)-based integrations.
Support solution validation, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production stabilization.
Provide functional leadership for finance transformation initiatives and ensure adherence to architecture governance standards.
Required Experience
5+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Architect, Solution Architect, or Functional Lead.
8+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience, including Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, AHCS, Projects, and Project Accounting.
Functional Skills
Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and project accounting business processes.
Expertise in Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Project-to-Profit processes.
Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, solution design, architecture governance, and functional validation.
Ability to lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions with finance leadership and business teams.
Hands-on experience preparing functional specifications, FDDs, process flows, test scenarios, and solution validation documents.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Oracle Cloud Implementation experience.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience supporting large-scale finance transformation or Oracle ERP migration programs.
Oracle Fusion Financials certification is a plus.
Visa Status: USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, TN, and EAD holders preferred.
