Job Title: Workfront Enterprise Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workfront Enterprise Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Workfront solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workfront architecture, enterprise workflow design, governance, integrations, and solution strategy. This is a fully remote contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable Adobe Workfront solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead enterprise-level Workfront implementation, configuration, and optimization initiatives.
Define governance standards, best practices, and platform architecture.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and oversee integrations between Workfront and enterprise applications (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM, ERP, HR systems, APIs).
Configure portfolios, programs, projects, templates, custom forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentoring to implementation teams.
Conduct solution reviews, performance assessments, and recommend continuous improvements.
Ensure platform security, compliance, scalability, and data integrity.
Support deployment planning, testing, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience as a Workfront Architect or Enterprise Architect.
Hands-on expertise with Adobe Workfront administration and architecture.
Experience designing enterprise workflow and project management solutions.
Strong knowledge of Workfront configuration, reporting, dashboards, custom forms, and automation.
Experience with Workfront Fusion and API integrations.
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and cloud architecture.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Experience integrating Workfront with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, or Microsoft platforms.
Adobe Workfront certifications are preferred.
Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
