Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Warehouse & Logistics IT to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of warehouse and transportation technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and global logistics operations. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Warehouse and Logistics IT applications. Own and prioritize the product backlog by creating and managing user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with business stakeholders, end users, and development teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
Drive the implementation and enhancement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).Provide functional expertise in warehouse operations, global logistics, 3PL, and contract logistics. Lead system integrations between WMS, TMS, ERP, and other enterprise applications. Monitor product performance, analyze business metrics, and recommend continuous improvements. Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver an excellent user experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Mentor junior team members and promote Agile best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Master’s degree is preferred.6-15 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst in Warehouse & Logistics IT.

Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).Good understanding of global supply chain, warehouse operations, transportation, 3PL, and contract logistics.

Experience managing product backlogs and delivering products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, product management frameworks, and business analysis techniques.

Experience with system integrations, APIs, ERP, and enterprise applications.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience with leading WMS/TMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Körber, or similar solutions. Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are preferred.

Experience working in global logistics or supply chain organizations.
