Job Description”

 

Handle hires in customer retention space and finding new candidates that closely match their needs.
Understand non-technical resource requirements proactively.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
Post job descriptions, as per the requirements, on social media, career websites and other job portals.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
Strategizing the process of recruitment to attract only the right candidates for a given position.
Promoting company as a great place to work and substantiating that with workplace fitness and culture.
Proficient in use of social media for the task of non-IT recruitment
Host and participate in job fairs and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Works well in a team and is able to both articulate and solve recruitment challenges most of the time.
