Job title: Mainframe CICS Administrator

Location: Chandler, AZ

Duration: Long term

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience administering IBM CICS Transaction Server environments.
Strong experience with IBM z/OS operating systems.
Hands-on experience with CICS installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, and JES2/JES3.
Experience with IBM RACF, ACF2, or CA Top Secret security administration.
Familiarity with IBM DB2, IMS, MQ Series, and VSAM.
Experience analyzing dumps, traces, and system logs. Knowledge of SMF reporting and performance monitoring tools. Strong understanding of disaster recovery and high-availability concepts. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
