Key Responsibilities:
- Drive change management strategy for ServiceNow implementations
- Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Conduct impact assessments and organizational readiness checks
- Enable user adoption and support transformation initiatives
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in OCM/Change Management
- Experience in IT transformation programs (preferably ServiceNow)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
