• 10+ years of experience in SAP CRM / S/4 Customer Management / C4C
• Experience in 1–2 end-to-end implementations or support projects
• Strong knowledge of CRM-SD integration (Logistics & Finance)
• Good understanding of Lead-to-Order process (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order)
• Hands-on experience in:
- Account & Opportunity Management
- Quote & Order Management
- Product Catalog & Configuration
- Pricing & Approvals workflows
• Experience in configuring:
- Business Partner & Org Model
- Transaction Types (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order)
- Pricing, Partner Determination, Status Profiles
• Experience in CRM-SD integration:
- Quote/Order replication, Pricing, Billing integration
- Master Data synchronization
• Experience in testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support
• Strong client-facing and requirement gathering skills
Soft Skills
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Experience in client-facing roles and workshops
- Ability to handle cross-functional dependencies
