Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior STIBO STEP Developer with strong hands-on experience in STIBO STEP MDM/PIM platform development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in STEP workflows, Web UI configuration, JavaScript Business Rules, REST/SOAP integrations, production support, and application enhancements. This is a hands-on developer role, not an Architect position.
Required Skills:
- 7–10+ years of experience in STIBO STEP (MDM/PIM) development
- Strong hands-on experience with STEP Workflows
- Experience in STEP Web UI Configuration
- Strong experience with JavaScript Business Rules
- Hands-on experience with REST API and SOAP Web Services
- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM)
- Strong understanding of Data Modeling
- Experience with SQL and Relational Databases
- Experience with Production Support, Incident Management, Break/Fix, Root Cause Analysis
- Experience with Performance Tuning and Platform Optimization
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain STIBO STEP solutions.
- Configure STEP Workflows, Business Rules, Web UI, and Process Automation.
- Develop JavaScript Business Rules and platform customizations.
- Build and support REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
- Perform production support, incident resolution, defect fixes, and minor enhancements.
- Monitor platform health and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Support release deployments, change management, and post-production validation.
- Participate in technical design discussions and solution reviews.
- Document configurations, workflows, integrations, and technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and follow development best practices.
