Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Mandatory architect certifications
- Mandatory knowledge of Sales and Service cloud along with Service cloud voice(SCV)
- Preferred implementation expertise in Sales and Service cloud
- AWS working knowledge will be required
- Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
- Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
- Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a CRM solution.
- Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
- Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle.
- Excellent communication skill required to communicate with executive stakeholders and be on workshops with IT and business

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions involving Service cloud and SCV that align with business objectives.
- Integration Management: Leading integration efforts with other systems and platforms.
- Data Architecture: Overseeing data modeling, migration, quality, governance, and backup strategies.
- Best Practices: Developing and enforcing best practices for Salesforce development and governance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Providing technical leadership, mentoring junior architects and developers, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
- Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, diagrams, and playbooks.
- Troubleshooting: Guiding developers in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Project Delivery: Contributing to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
