We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to build and support enterprise-grade applications that drive critical business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience with C#/.NET and modern frontend expertise with React, Redux, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
Build and optimize REST APIs and microservices
Develop responsive user interfaces using React and Redux
Design and optimize SQL databases and data models
Collaborate with business users and technical teams
Participate in system design, code reviews, and Agile development activities
Support production environments and performance improvements
Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and application modernization initiatives
Qualifications:
5+ years of Full Stack Development experience
Strong expertise in C#, .NET, React, Redux, JavaScript, and SQL Server
Experience building and consuming APIs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
