Title: ServiceNow BCM Developer

Location : Sunnyvale, CA and Austin, TX (3 days work from office)

Job Summary –

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow BCM Developer to design, develop, and implement Business Continuity Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong scripting capabilities, and a solid understanding of BCM processes, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, and disaster recovery planning.

Years of experience needed –

  • 6 to 8 years of experience as Service Now Developer

Responsibilities / Experience –

Qualifications/Required Skills:

Preferred/Good-to-have skills:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-GRC/BCM).
  • Experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), and risk management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, or NIST.
